Pages
What this section does
Section titled “What this section does”Pages is the home for everything you build. It lists your Bran pages with their type, status, and last modified date, and it is where you create new pages or remove old ones.
How to create a page
Section titled “How to create a page”- Open Pages.
- Select Create page.
- Choose a Page type.
- Continue into the Bran editor and start building.
Page types

Note: Regular is the simplest path and needs no theme editor step. If you are new to the app, start there. See Publish to your store for how the other types are placed.
Page statuses
Section titled “Page statuses”- Draft — the page exists in the app but is not live. Draft content is only visible to you inside the app.
- Published — the page has been published at least once and is live on your storefront.
- Archived — the page is kept in the app but is not in active use.
A published page can still have unpublished edits. Saving keeps your work; publishing pushes it live.
Common tasks

Section titled “Edit a page”Select the page in the list to open it in the editor.
Duplicate a page
Section titled “Duplicate a page”Duplicate a page when you want a new page that starts from an existing layout — for example, a second campaign page based on the first.
Delete pages
Section titled “Delete pages”- Select the checkboxes next to the pages you want to remove.
- Choose the delete action and confirm.
Note: Deleting a page in Bran removes it from the builder. If it was published as a storefront page, review your Online Store pages afterwards so no empty page is left linked in your navigation.
- Give pages descriptive titles. The list is sorted and searched by title, and the title of a Regular page also drives its storefront URL when it is first published.
- Keep unfinished ideas as drafts rather than deleting them — drafts cost nothing and keep their history.
- Before a big redesign of an existing page, create a backup or a named snapshot in the editor.
Can I change a page’s type after creating it?
Section titled “Can I change a page’s type after creating it?”Page type determines how the page is published, so choose it when you create the page. If you picked the wrong type, create a new page with the right type and rebuild or paste the sections across.
Can I change the URL of a published page?
Section titled “Can I change the URL of a published page?”The storefront handle is set when a Regular page is first published. Changing a page title afterwards does not move the live page. If you need a different URL, publish a new page and redirect the old one from your Shopify admin URL redirects.
Why does my page show as Draft after I edited it?
Section titled “Why does my page show as Draft after I edited it?”Editing a published page saves your changes without pushing them live. Select Publish to make the current version public.
