Settings
What this section does
Section titled “What this section does”Settings controls logging behavior, drive actions, ignored volumes, and subscription access for your installed build.
How to set it up
Section titled “How to set it up”- Open the main window.
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom bar.
- Review sections in this order: Logging, Drive Actions, Ignored Volumes, Subscriptions.
Settings sections
Section titled “Settings sections”Automatic filtering
Section titled “Automatic filtering”System volumes and DMG-like virtual volumes are automatically filtered and cannot be disabled.
Subscriptions
Section titled “Subscriptions”- Shows current billing provider details.
- Includes subscribe/buy and manage billing actions.
- Buttons are disabled when billing links are not configured in your build.
Logging
Section titled “Logging”- Save logs to folder toggle enables per-run log writes.
- Choose Folder / Change Folder picks local log destination.
- Destination path is persisted locally.
Drive actions
Section titled “Drive actions”- Eject All Removable Drives ejects detected removable volumes.
- Disabled while transfer is active.
Ignored volumes
Section titled “Ignored volumes”- Add volumes that should always be skipped by transfers.
- Remove action takes volume out of ignored list.
Sheet behavior
Section titled “Sheet behavior”- Presented as a modal sheet over the main window.
- Dismiss via close control.
- Keep log saving enabled for troubleshooting-heavy workflows.
- Review ignored volume list after changing external drive setups.
Why is Eject All disabled?
Section titled “Why is Eject All disabled?”It is disabled while a transfer is running.
Are settings shared across devices?
Section titled “Are settings shared across devices?”No. Settings are local to each macOS installation.
