Create and Edit a Look

Look settings controls the content that identifies a look and introduces it to shoppers. This includes the title, supporting copy, featured image, fallback color, and call-to-action label.

  1. Open All looks.
  2. Select Create look.
  3. Open Look settings.
  4. Complete the title and featured image first.
  5. Add optional supporting copy and adjust the call-to-action label.
  6. Select Update look when the look is ready to save.
  • Look ID identifies the saved look used by your storefront block. Keep it unique and avoid changing it after the look is published.
  • Style profile chooses which saved global style the look uses.
  • Title is the main shopper-facing heading.
  • Eyebrow is the short line above the title. Leave it empty if you do not want one.
  • Tagline adds optional supporting copy below the title.
  • Featured image is the main image used for the look and its hotspots.
  • Choose from library lets you select an image from Shopify Files.
  • Fallback color appears when no featured image can be shown.
  • CTA label controls the wording of the main add-all action.
  1. Open All looks.
  2. Find the look by name, template, Look ID, or status.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make your changes in the relevant tabs.
  5. Review the preview and readiness status.
  6. Select Update look.
  • Select Duplicate when you want a new draft based on an existing look.
  • Select Delete only when the look is no longer needed. Remove or replace its storefront block first if the look is already published.
  • Use a shopper-friendly title such as “The weekend edit” instead of an internal campaign name.
  • Keep the tagline short enough to scan beside the product list.
  • Duplicate a proven look when launching a related campaign; this is faster than rebuilding product formatting and layout choices.

Check that it has a title, a featured image, a hotspot for every product, and valid sale prices.

Yes. Both fields are optional and will stay hidden when left empty.
