Analytics

Analytics gives you a clear view of how completely your looks are configured. It helps you find missing hotspots, incomplete product rows, and layouts that need attention before you publish.

  1. Open Get the Look.
  2. Select Analytics from the app navigation.
  3. Review the summary metrics first.
  4. Use the look-level rows to find the item that needs attention.
  5. Return to that look and make the required changes.
  • Components mounted shows the number of saved look components included in the overview.
  • Product click targets reflects products with placed hotspots.
  • Add-to-cart readiness reflects product rows with the information needed for shopping actions.
  • Conversion proxy combines setup readiness and hotspot coverage into one configuration-health signal.
  • Ready looks shows how many looks meet all publish requirements.
  • Pinned products compares placed hotspots with total products.
  • Layout mix shows which templates your saved looks use.
  • Component health helps you compare readiness across individual looks.

These metrics describe configuration quality. Use Shopify’s own reports for orders, revenue, and customer conversion reporting.

The look-level Analytics tab summarizes:

  • Product count.
  • Hotspot coverage.
  • Product-row readiness.
  • Discount code usage.
  • The selected template.

Use it as a final check before selecting Update look.

  • Fix missing hotspots first; they directly affect how shoppers discover products in the image.
  • Review draft looks regularly so unfinished campaigns do not remain in the saved inventory.
  • Use template mix as a consistency check, not as a target to use every template.

Why is conversion proxy not the same as my Shopify conversion rate?

Section titled “Why is conversion proxy not the same as my Shopify conversion rate?”

It is a setup-readiness signal, not a sales metric. Shopify reports remain the source for customer and order performance.

Open the product row and confirm the selected product, variant, sale price, and hotspot are valid.
